The third instalment of Death Wish takes the plot, characters and the violence to cartoony levels. In a few passing comedic moments Death Wish 3 works, but as whole it’s still pretty lukewarm experience.

Taking place eight years after the original, Death Wish 2 reheats the leftovers of the first movie, brings virtually nothing new to the table and ends up feeling badly outdated.

Although the movie could have done better without the extra plot twist in the end, No Way Out is a smartly written and original thriller that escalates just the right way towards the end.

As a movie The Stuff itself remains a bit too rough around the edges to really get into and enjoy, but one has to applaud their effort managing to make a can of yogurt menacing.

Sure, so My Stepmother Is An Alien may be an intergalactic comedy on the borderline of being too ridiculous for its own good – but there’s also a lot of lovable charm in this whole unapologetic silliness to win you over.

The Time Guardian is a rare aussie scifi movie I started watching for its convincing interplanetary set design. Too bad most of the movie takes place here on earth and has absolutely nothing going for it.

The best moments in running a blog like this is when you come across a movie you didn’t even know existed and it rocks?
Extreme Prejudice is definitely one of those cases, and much recommended!

Showing Chevy Chase on the top of his game, Funny Farm is a hilarious movie about the city dwellers’ sugarcoated, rosy dreams of the life on the countryside getting on a head-on collision course with the harsh reality.

There’s no actual plot to speak of, but My Bloody Valentine still stands well above average slashers of the time.

I take pride in not fast forwarding through movies, even if they’re horrible.
But sometimes too much is just too much. I have no idea why does this movie exist, and I do not really even care.
